Our Services
Healthy Food Services for Children
Currently, Saving Our Children, through the CACFP & SFSP, provides healthy nutritious foods to over 14,000 children a month for the St. Louis community.
After-School Enrichment
Free of charge and open to students at the various schools within Hazelwood School District and Ferguson Florissant School Dist and others that would like to participate.
Energy Assistance
Provides help to low income individuals and families who pay a high proportion of their household income for home energy and are often forced to make decisions between paying for utility bills, buying food, or medicine.
First-Time Homebuyer Assistance
Provides homebuyer education before purchasing a home, beneficial in preventing foreclosure.
Substance & Mental Health Services
Includes a wide range of evidence-based interventions, including individual and group counseling, trauma-informed care, life skills training, and specialized programs.For assistance with Opioid addiction, contact us immediately at relief@socmo.org.
Summer Job Advancement
A workforce placement program, that helps emerging workers (ages 16-24) earn workplace skill certificates, and connect with area businesses.
Food Pantry
We provide local grown fruits and vegetables to every person, while being treated with dignity and respect.
Clothing Assistance
For the entire family, we will provide work attire and clothing appropriate for those seeking employment opportunities.
S.O.C Re-Entry
We assist with resources to help individuals to re-enter the community as productive individuals.
Day Care
Helps those recipients of Child Subsidy to provide a safe and educational environment for children to grow and prosper.
Pop-Up Shops
For local entrepreneurs empowering, engaging, and advocating for small business owners by connecting them to tools, resources, and partners committed to quality in every aspect of business development.
Temporary Assistance (TA)
Helps recipients with employment and training activities. This is a program that would help TA recipients prepare for a job, get real work experience, find employment, and keep a job.
